Traditional concrete walls and columns tend to range from 3,000 to 5,000 Pounds per square inch (psi), while 4,000 to 5,000 (psi) is needed for pavement. An ideal standard is 4,500 psi, especially for garage floors, Driveways and sidewalks which must sustain much more wear and tear and heavy usage.
What is the paver installation process?
Before laying the pavers, a layer of bedding (sand mix) is placed over the compacted base material. This layer provides a bed into which the pavers are set. The sand bedding also helps to protect the sand joints from being eroded away. Customers can choose any pavers design color shape.
How do we do waterproofing exterior basement walls?
Exterior waterproofing involves excavating effective wall or around the house to the full depth of the foundation walls, then installing a waterproof coating or membrane topped by drainage panels. we also add additional coating to secure the effective areas for long lasting durability,
How long does it take to renovate a bathroom?
It depends the size of the bathroom and material availability on special orders. however a gut out renovation on slandered size bathroom 5'x8' give n take, will take max 4-6 days.
How long does it take to renovate a kitchen?
It all depends on the size of the kitchen and material availability on special orders including counter top, tiles, sink and or adding additional components and replacing or moving plumbing. This usually will take 7-10 days. However same size kitchen renovation( gut out) removing old material and replacing with a new or same material takes about 5-6 days.
Can I use my own paint for Interior/Exterior paint?
Paint is a personal choice. We use the one widely available or a brand if customer requires any brand. We provide paint service by preparing the walls by sanding, smoothing, removing any particles dust holes. We provide multi color interior and exterior paint
Can I use my own material?
Absolutely! Yes, you can can buy your own material and we will install it for you. Make sure the materiel you are purchasing not a discontinued item because it will be impossible to find the same item to complete the project or to be repaired in the future.
What is silver coating on flat roof?
Silver Paint or Aluminum Asphalt paint protect roofs against Silver coating or Aluminum Asphalt paint is used to coat Asphalt based roofs to protect against ultraviolet rays. These roofs are the old Hot Tar roof systems and then also the Modified Bitumen membranes. Both these roof systems are Asphalt based, and the Aluminum Asphalt paint is compatible with it. we also provide removing old roof along with (plywood if needed)and install a new roof
